What is friendship? ‘The Lads’ aims to discover the answer to that question by examining how an unlikely paring ended up as a close brotherly bond unlike any other. Journey through the comradery and traumatic experiences that brought Oisin, Caoimhin and Jack together as well as nearly tearing them apart. ‘The Lads’ strives to show their brotherhood front and centre while exploring the bond of three young adults who have known each other for over 10 years.

A forget me not flower can grow in the harshest conditions, no matter what problems it faces. It will continue to flourish and bloom into something beautiful, much like the tumultuous love story this documentary will uncover. However, this unforgettable love story may soon be forgotten. In the debts of 1960’s Ireland, when emigration was at an all-time high, and employment was at an all-time low two people fell in love, oblivious to the epic love story that would follow. Their love began one Christmas night in 1966, when Kay Carroll, a chocolate factory worker attended a party in the Brady household. “Love at first sight” can be described as the understatement of the century when it comes to how Kay felt when she first met the passionate gardener, Denis Brady. 14 years her senior down to the day, this fated match began a 7-month courtship, but all good things must come to an end, right? With hope and ambition in her heart (as well as some melancholy) Kay emigrated to America for 2 years to work as a Nanny, leaving her beloved Denis back home to continue working in the Guinness Factory. Ruth Medjber is one of the most famous photographers in Ireland. Having photographed big names like Hozier and Arcade Fire, worked at Electric Picnic and Glastonbury, and publish a book of portraits titled Twilight Together: Portraits of Ireland at Home, Ruth has become a household name. But, what is going on in her head, and how does she take the photographs she does?
Ruthless dives into Ruth’s creative process, and gives us a first hand insight into being photographed by her.

Cacophony follows student and musician Ryan Gilson as he tries to understand and explain the weird and eccentric ways of pirate studios where musicians from all genres of music converge with one goal in mind, the making of music. 
Ryan will discuss his own relationship with Pirates himself along with the history of pirate studios itself, with the help of fellow patrons he will discover why this studio tucked at the back of a grim industrial estate is the cornerstone of the Dublin music scene. Produced by Ryan Gilson

Geraldine is a 62 year old mother of 4 and a grandmother to 7. After getting sick on her holidays Geraldine got worried and made an appointment with her doctor. After arriving home over the space of 3 – 6 months Geraldine visited the doctors and hospital multiple times. She was told on 3 occasions it was nothing serious and was given medication to deal with it. But the sickness and loss of energy soon turned to severe pain within a matter of weeks. After an MRI and a few tests, Geraldine was diagnosed stage 3 pancreatic cancer, her family was told to prepare for the worse. after a couple of months Geraldine was receiving palliative care in her home before deciding she has one last fight left in her..
