C-dot has had a vast array of musical influences however he accredits the pivotal influences and inspiration in his life to Fabolous, Dip-set, Camron, Nas, Jay, Rick Ross, Common, Nipsey Hussle, Jadakiss, Styles P, J-Cole, Ti, and Kanye. This all culminates in C-dot the investor producing a musical experience that is enjoyable, easy going but also authentic and grounded in reality. It is music that is infused with positive energy to allow for an immersive experience that brings feelings of elation and happiness through trap soul music. His overarching ambition is to make good music for the community and the culture and to create something that's different unique and memorable.
