this song is a bit personal for me, as it is based off of an emotion i had one time, and was in the mood to make that style of music. if it isn't obvious by the title, i was thinking myself during that time "is it really worth it to keep going?" or "i think i might have lost hope" when it came to some stuff i was going through. needless to say, i started working on it around early may but shortly abandoned it, until recently where i spent about a week finishing it.

if anyone's concerned for me, don't be.
