My love for music started long ago peeping into parties by others older than me. Started with love for soul then moved up to the UK house scene in the late 80’s. Clubs like the Lime Light, Browns, Café D Paris and the Pig was where it was all happening. I think this is where House music took over the London club scene. I remember Judge Jules on the decks in a corner of the dance floor at the Pig in Gray’s Inn Road. He was young and I was younger. Dancing away but carefully watching his moves. This is where it all started for me to be a DJ from playing cassettes. Saw Carl Cox playing in a Church in Westbourne Park and he was mixing on three decks. OMG!

I started collecting Vinyl early 90’s and saved up some cash to buy some belt driven decks and a mixer. It was more of balancing the records on the decks act in those days. I got picked up by a promoter called Kilroy who ran Global Explosion. My first ever play out was at Club 414 with MC Navigator and I also got radio exposure.

Mid 90’s I moved to NYC. It is there that I got hooked on to the sounds of underground House music. My weekend clubbing was to the diverse sounds of ‘Little’ Louie Vega, Junior Vasquez, Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Frankie Knuckles and NY’s Hot 97. The New York House camp was heavy. The clubs were humongous playing Tribal, Latin, Deep, Techno, Electro and the slower Chicago.

After returning to London I gradually got into UK Garage scene and was playing on Stevie Koo's BOSS FM. Then got involved with SUPREME FM with fellow DJ’s and MC’s in 1997, which was one of the hottest UK Garage stations of that era giving platform to the likes of Dj Oxide, MC Neutrino, The So Solid Crew and many more.

Done some production but nothing to mention. The love for House music was all always there and funny enough the scene has evolved back to it again. Back on radio and the club scene.
