Formé à l'automne 2013, Commandant Coustou est un quintet de musiciens lyonnais. Fascinés par l'énergie rageuse  des groupes de calyspo caribéen des années 40- 60, ils piochent dans le répertoire de groupes tels que Small Island Pride, Lord Commander ou encore Roaring Lion.

Commandant Coustou, c'est un cocktail énergisant, servi au lead par le duo bicéphale et ambidextre de chanteurs instrumentistes (clarinette / violon / ukulele).  À l'accompagnement: un percussionniste, une bassiste et un guitariste...

La musique de la presqu'île, c'est presque de la musique des îles... Des déhanchements et du flow tonitruant garantis !
