This is the first song I ever wrote. It was a simple ballad with a simple cord progression. My producer and I found used some awesome 90's ballad reference tracks and we tried to create a dynamic multi-instrumental track to take the song to the next level, I hope you enjoy it!

I wrote this song about a lost love. It really was meant to be simple and mellow but as I worked on it with my producer more and more layers just came to life. This song really gets me and I hope you feel a connection to it.

This song was so fun to record! The ending is layers on layers of harmonies and adlibs so I love it. Its a break up song and a sad one that sort of pulls back and fourth between a chorus of "let's be us again" and a bridge of  "never mind, it wasn't right anyway."  Inspired by Sade, Angie Stone, and Monica. Let me know what you think!

I loved recording, writing, and producing the vocals of this song. When I removed the instruments I was too in love not to release the a capella version. I really feel this was the way it was meant to be heard. <3
