My life has been characterised by personal, spiritual and intellectual development.  I have been a Reiki Teaching Master for fifteen years and have worked as a researcher, academic, and teacher trainer in universities and colleges for over twenty.  My interest is in the social and emotional aspect of learning and  for the last few years I have been teaching mindfulness to staff, students and pupils in primary and secondary schools.  I am trained to teach pupils from age 7 - 18 (Mindfulness in Schools Project MiSP).   I also deliver a highly successful 6 week Workplace Mindfulness Training course (The Mindfulness Exchange TME) to educational and public sector establishments and in the private sector.  Many of us are now working until 70, and my youngest clients are 7...hence the name Mindfulness 7 to 70 :)
