Tom Lown returns with a new single from his acclaimed Lucky Sun project and it’s another moving collaboration with vocalist Alison David (Red Snapper, The Black Science Orchestra, Bugz In The Attic). “Rain & Sunshine” is a glorious mid-tempo affair, recalling the best moments of ‘90s British electronic soul. The beats are crisp and groovy, the instrumentation warm and full, and the chorus reveals a fantastic, jazzy bass line. On top of it all, Alison delivers something special with her lovely voice and uplifting lyrics. Top notch.

The first of two classy remixes comes from the prolific Sumsuch (Colour and Pitch, BBE) who takes the track in an exciting new direction. Arpeggiated melodies, bright, dramatic piano, and a new choral structure compliment Alison’s vocals in surprising ways. Next up is Tim Haze (Tidy Taps) with an emotive and dreamy downtempo interpretation. The lush pads swell hypnotically around spare rhythms and gorgeous vocals, resulting in a delightful soundtrack to sunsets and sunrises alike.

This set is mixed by Carlos León who is another talented artist from Ibiza and was soon playing at clubs across Spain, taking residencies at Melody, La Trece, Moma or Buddha Lounge.

This year is our 10th anniversary, a full decade publishing good mixes. We have a gift for you with a new exquisite collection for this special moment.

First episode of these  "Black Diamond" series is mixed by Ana Wolf.  It's based on other music styles like  soulful, funk, house and classic disco  for celebrating incredible dance music from across the time.

Ana is a DJ and producer born in Barcelona.  Daughter of the 80's grew up surrounded by vinyls.

Ana Wolf honed her trade in the underground scene of her city with some of Spain's great house music connoisseurs.

She accompanies her sets with dosings of House, Deep, Funk, and Disco through which she transgresses her individuality depending on the moment.

She loves watching people dance to her grooves and is currently resident on 6 radio stations globally whilst the endemic rages across europe.

She is a passionate entertainer and loves mixing old skool and new skool genres and subgenres of house music to symbolise the unity between old and new.

Her non-linear sets are never monotonous and she transcends between sub genres of House with harmony and distinction.
