Bishop Ceirion H. Dewar's ministry uniquely promotes reconciliation and redemption, which definitely crosses denominational and social lines. The Association of Independent Christian Churches, headquartered in Modesto, California ordained him in August 1999. In 2011 he partnered with Bishop J Alan Neal and Elijah's Bread Ministries, International. In September 2013 Bishop Neal & EBM set him apart for the Episcopacy. In July 2014, he was appointed the General Secretary of Elijah's Bread Ministries.

He is a co-founder and board member of the Charismatic Fraternity of Sacred Ministers, a Board Member of Praise Church in Raleigh NC, a Board Member of the Favor Fellowship in Hickory NC, is a Fellow in the Apostolic Order of St Hadrian of Canterbury and is the former Dean and co-founder of the United College of Bishops in the UK. He served as the Liaison to Canterbury for the Anglican Communion of Charismatic Churches as well as the European Coordinator of CMIMNI.

Bishop Dewar is the Founder of The Heart Of Elisha, and is the Senior Pastor of The Wisdom Centre Internet School of Ministry.

He Hosted “The Heart Of Elisha” program on Christian and Internet TV and radio, and has appeared in many TV and Radio broadcasts. He is an author and activist for church affairs.

Bishop Dewar is a media consultant/specialist focused on bringing the church into the forefront of media activities and is a leading voice in Church Management, Structure and Organization, having built two international ministerial fellowships for emerging organizations.
