We literally all worked at Ihop for a few days. Only one of us still works there. The others left because the chef was literally smoking crack in the kitchen in front of the manager who did not seem to care. He simply asked if the chef would "take that outside" in a polite tone. Later that shift the two got in a physical altercation over the amount of wasted pancakes. That day two of us simply walked out of the building and avoided our remaining shifts thus ending the great era of IHOP.

PS they aren't really changing the name. It is a marketing ploy. Every two months they have a new special menu item. This summer its burgers so they ran a promotion campaign that they were changing the name but its not true. The manager said the only things that are going to happen are the special menus and posters hung in Ihop will say IHOB nothing else is changing.
