Ale, Kata e Zeemo formano il progetto nel 2020 e uniscono passioni e influenze scure, corporee, post-punk. 

Ci scrivono consegnando una fotografia immersiva e a tratti nostalgica, è un invito alla New Wave, alla EBM: stivali di pelle ben lucida.
Una storia di produzioni altrettanto ricca li vede comparire nella Ombra International di Curses, su Raibano Records, su Nothing Is Real Records, fissando una presenza decisamente Dark Wave e caratteristica. 

L'immaginario di un post-punk contemporaneo si traduce in una miscela nei tempi della musica da club. Abbiamo una suite squisitamente composta per il piacere della nostalgia (o della riscoperta!), che invita a cedere il proprio corpo verso una fusione con paesaggi scuri, post-industriali. Obbligatorio un esame di stile.
Loro stessi definiscono l'ambiente: “batterie solide, synth spaziali, linee di basso groovy e chitarre distorte e
graffianti”.


Abbandonarsi pare l'unica soluzione. Il chiodo unica protezione.

Hello from sunny Indonesia! ☀️

 I kind of forgot to post this ‘little’ episode of The Darker Side of Disco, since I was busy packing for my family trip (we’re traveling around Asia for 2.5 months). I was actually debating whether to post it at all, since this was meant to be my annual ‘year mix’ for 2024—and, well, we’re already in February.

 But hey, it’s over 6 hours of quality tunes that I vibed with the most over the past year, and I love having them all compiled into one smooth mix to archive those bangers. Even if it only hits the right note with one or two of you, I’ll be more than happy.
