It's always been a burnin' flame in James Payne's soul, right from the days when he was a brash young bam. Nae sooner had he pocketed his first wage packet in his late teens than he blew it all on a scabby set of used turntables and gear. His dreams, pure wild, were all about commandin' massive crowds, tappin' right into the same electric buzz 'we' dished out on that dancefloor.

But fate, oh she's a cruel mistress. Back then, he was stuck in a cramped four-to-a-block gaff, and that came with its own set o' headaches. His next-door neighbors, the self-righteous prats, they labeled his beats as "noise pollution." It didnae take long before he had to peddle his DJ gear just to keep the peace, silencin' the thumpin' bass that was once his heart's rhythm…

…Buts here we are, back in the saddle since January 2022, after a solid quarter-century on the sidelines. Now, he's juggling his resurged love for music, battlin' it out with the daily grind and the shackles of family life.

For James, every set he drops, it's like a twisted tale, a rollercoaster spun from the gnarly beats of his heart. There's no pigeonhole here, no rigid genre – it's all 'bout the mood, the vibe, the sweat of the night. 

Just push play, surrender to the trip, and ride the waves of his musical journey, eh?

Disco Sour, founded back then as a counterpart to the minimal electronic music scene, started as a Disco project and evolved into a powerhouse of sonic ecstasy. Fuelled by the pulsating beats of the global groove and house scene, their sets are electrifying, promising a kaleidoscope of danceable rhythms.

In addition to their first release, which will be out soon in digital format, they have often had the chance to prove their skills alongside other big DJs at events throughout the Rhine-Main area. On top, they recently became part of the Tanz In Frankfurt booking agency.

Adrián Peña Sánchez (Calystarr), is a DJ, producer and electronic researcher from Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz). His style could be compared to night and day, on the one hand, dynamism with depth, and on the other, elegance and freshness. Their sound is full of psychedelic atmospheres full of harmony, nuances, and resources,  of a retrospective nature. Calystarr usually works using musical influences, betting mostly on retro and underground indie sounds. In their sets and productions, it is common to hear Nudisco, Italo, Indie Dance, Acid, and Dark Disco styles. He currently works for several music labels such as When Disco Goes Wrong (WDGW), Channel Six, @golden-soul-records, @neinrecords, and @espaciocielo.
