These are the first three tracks from Superet’s forthcoming sophomore LP – a cinematic, orchestral odyssey about a good relationship going through a bad time. "It's a bit like a dark rom-com rock musical - but not in an annoying way" says frontman Matt Blitzer. The record features a small chamber orchestra and a rock band influenced by 1960s pop composers and Hollywood golden era musicals – all intentionally juxtaposed alongside a modern exploration of love, partnership, and masculinity. “The first song – "Was I on Your Mind?" is about being cheated on, and it’s the catalyst for a larger, more nuanced conversation around betrayal on this album."
