The Brooklyn Sessions bring together old and new Pinkman friends. Annanan returns, this time with Maroje T, for three pieces of NY darkness. Acid tainted torment opens the 12”, pain and rejection catalogued in the barren “Confrontations in Terms of Sexuality.” “I Saw You” maintains that cold edge. Militaristic percussion is dipped in industrial grease, lost samples circling in a haze of distortion. The pair explore reduction with tracks being boiled down to leave only distilled dread behind. The breathy vocals of “I Am” close, drum patterns looped into machine groan and the aching abyss.

As the title implies, Body Beat pulls from across the body music spectrum and delivers a lethal combination of techno, EBM, industrial, wave and more. “No Pleasure, No Pain’” had us hooked right away with its hard body grooves and haunting vocal samples. The EP contains 4 originals and also features a killer remix from longtime Brvtalist favorite Forces. In addition its been mastered by the great Joe Farr Mastering.

For our 10th release, we are very stoked to welcome Italian artist Chris Shape. 

Chris Shape is Cristian Camporesi, a producer, live performer and sound designer for over 25 years. He starts his career in some local new-wave electro bands, but his debut came in the early '90s, when the techno's wave broke in Riccione and the pyramid of Cocoricò (the biggest italian techno club) has spread it everywhere. He later on became a member of the emblematic electro duo « Franz & Shape ». 

Originally released through Unknown Pleasure Records, this dense electro-techno album features collaborations with our hometown's Blind Delon, as well as HIV+, IV Horsemen, Black Asteroids and Dave Inox. 

We’ve extended the album with two original tracks by Chris Shape, Orac and Scia, as well as remixes by Qual, Chainbreakers and OTHR.
