Part 7 of the 20:20 Project continues to take CELO's sound to new heights within the liquid end of the drum & bass spectrum.This months release 'With You' is a stunning balance of euphoric harmonics and simple clean beats, taking the listener on a warm and emotional journey.

From the soothing pads to the catchy melodics, the track is accompanied by a soulful atmosphere filled with interesting artifacts, that dance in the listeners ears.

CELO - Organix (20:20 Project Part 8.1)

Part 8 of the 20:20 Project features two tracks, showcasing the old skool yet minimal vibes CELO loves, together with sounds recorded around the house. This release is entitled the Organix EP.

Track 1 is minimal and organic, constructed by many homemade sound CELO has from his surroundings. Inspired by the everyday, written for the minimal D&B lover.

Warm wobbling atmospheres and trance like arps are accompanied by boxes hit with drum sticks, and glasses hit with metal, progressing through a simple sonic spectrum of organic bass and straight firing drums.

Part 12 brings 4 massive tracks to the 20:20 Project, making sure that CELO's year of independent releases ends with a bang!

Starting with the dark Sonix, inspired by artists such as QZB and Kidsonic, this track grows into a deep minimal roller, with a boost of energy coming from a monstrous Reese bass later in the track.

Experience the clean, marching drum hits accompanied by the deep, fluid yet purposeful bassline, morphing between the beats between the energetic arps of the intro and breakdown sections.

From 90’s raver to ‘late blooming’ D&B producer, CELO’s focus is on the deeper, minimal and liquid side of the drum & bass genre, with influences from artists such as Leftfield, Arkaik, The Prodigy, Break, Foo Fighters and the old skool sounds of early Jungle, hip hop and rock. 

CELO is a UK drum & bass artist now based in Denmark, with releases on Hyperactivity Music, Midnight Sun Recordings and many others. Having gained massive traction on Spotify, and DJ’d at various club nights such as Subhive and FEUM, CELO focuses on producing melodic, deep liquid drum & bass, with the odd track on the darker side of the spectrum.
