For our 70th release we are delighted to welcome back Sonic Rain for his 3rd outing on the label. This time in the form of a Sizzling two track single. 

To say that Sonic Rain’s musicality is diverse may be selling him short. Boris Garland trained as a contemporary drummer and classical pianist from a young age before he began to delve into the world of electronic music and that could be what creates his poetic soundscape of electronic genres. Inspired by labels such as XL Recordings, you can hear elements of nostalgic ‘90s club vibes, underground jazz and rhythmic R&B, tied together in a unique breakbeat package - done his way.

London born, Budapest raised, Sonic Rain’s eclectic electronic style reflects the diversity of his homes and his sounds.

Annie & Sizzle showcase both fantastic musicality and Sonic Rains love for a deep grooving bassline. Everything we love about drum & bass!
