I started this one at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 and its taken me forever to finally say I'm done with it. I'm still going through tutorials which has slowed down my desire to get anything up in a while but I think I'm getting there.


Inspiration for this song: I was learning to play erik satie's Gymnopedie and hearing my partner try to sing along to a WIP I was doing with the chords from it Gymnopedie,


Since the gyms were closed at the time, this one's named Nopedie. Enjoy!

Have had this one sitting for a few years and need to get it out of my folders, cuz i could only work on it in small increments. It recalls some bad memories.

Been playing with my piano for a bit. I like melancholy sounding stuff and pianos are soothing when played right. Wanted to do a soft piece with a little digital texture in the background. I can't fully tell if its too soft or loud enough, even on different speakers. Let me know if you can.

Side note: inspiration from this one started from a phone call where someone was complaining about some annoying pain. Was able to get the piano and synth part worked out before the call was over and surprised her with it. ADHD is funny that way.

Hey Labeeya

This was originally part of a Club boss fight song I did earlier (find it on my newgrounds page http://celudoc.newgrounds.com ) , intended to be the after math of the battle where the characters listened to the cries of the broken Bouncer. I had this whole idea that the bouncer was just doing their job and didn't want to die at the hands of the party. I had a whole crying robot theme and everything but I scrapped it after it got too tedious and i didn't like where it was going.

After I split it off that track, i changed the sound dramatically. It turned into a loungey groovey song once i figured out how to use piano tension, which was my main learning take away from this track. So this was a venture into playing with multiple piano sounds.

Dreamy Deary

My original idea of this was kind of like a Romeo & Juliet Opera with Machines.  Cheesy I know, but the synth I was playing with made me think it was like the voice of a robot amidst a ballad/opera and I went with it.

I wanted to keep it a little simple sounding though, as the mental picture I had was a robot in front of a fountain on a community Theatre stage.

I went into this one with wanting to play more with piano and basslines using synths, but got distracted by portamento and wanted to try messing with it, which ended up making a really goofy sounding piano that I came to like.

This in turn, led me into the concept of a ditzy flower singing at the sun and went from there.

Ditzy Daisy

Just realized i never uploaded this one to SC, had this on Newgrounds since November and forgot about SC.  Last year i had a bunch of people talking about how they would change themselves for the better and the constant theme of hearing this was what was in my mind when making this track.    I was thinking an automaton wanting to self improve past their original design and went with that as a headcanon for this theme.  I believe i will revisit this one and change up the end part away from the dnb break out and variate it more in the mastered version.  I learned better panning tricks since i created this track and will be playing with it again sometime in the future.

Rebuild Me

Uploaded this back in February on Newgrounds, forgot about SC.

I have been playing around with Alan Watts samples, because his lectures are so fun to sample and his voice is very calming.  Dude had a way of just going on and on about anything.  I noticed after seeing some of his stuff online, there was a trend of putting his lectures over Pads so i decided to take a crack at it since it seemed pretty easy. 

Came out with what may be a nice Intro track for a future album.
