Our homie Hyman Bass returns to Cenital Music with ‘Thanks for all the fish’, a great EP containing three original tracks and two great remixes by producers Azaria and Mopa, which will be released on April 2nd through the usual digital platforms.

It is a pleasure to have Hyman Bass back to enjoy his personal Deep-House touch in ‘Close Encounters’, with an analogue bass that is well wrapped by synths and pads that make the intensity of the track rise little by little, and also in ‘Love Unlimited’, where he adds an extra touch of melancholy. In ‘Nightbreed’ he opts for a somewhat darker and slower path, again with a very present analogue bass and psychedelic atmospheres that trap you.

The great Azaria, a renowned producer and sound engineer from Madrid, takes ‘Love Unlimited’ towards a more House and Techno terrain close to Detroit; while the electro and trip-hop producer Mopa gives it a twist and takes it towards more Electro Old-School terrain with touches of Downtempo. A varied EP that is as good for the dancefloor as it is for more introspective home listening.

In this podcast dr3am provides another perspective for listening electronic music in the "mix" or "podcast" format that is more commonly used. Taking it to a relaxed and dreamy terrain, where while you live, work, study, dozens or live in bed, there is a soundtrack that embraces and accompanies, also providing small positive stimuli to neurons. The title is a clear allusion to the Sega console of the 90/2000. Aesthetically, both Sega and the video games of those times, with their first primitive 3Ds, are part of the imaginary of the Lo Fi Hip Hop that comes directly inherited from the vaporwave. Cenital and dr3am hope you enjoy and bring a lot of warm on the cold days to come.
