The second EP/Mixtape from Emcee & Producer Cephas titled "If We Dont Who Will" is a highly anticipated follow up to his debut EP Live From The Couch. The first being solely a instrumental project If We Dont Who Will features Cephas both behind the boards as well as in front of the mic.

Although having his hands in remixing and engineering each instrumental none of the original production stems from Cephas alone. For this project he wanted to draw inspiration from artists who have been influences over the years such as Big KRIT, No ID, Jay Dee, J Cole, etc. Also, Cephas wanted the focal point of this EP to be the lyrics.

With that said, the inspiration for the project stems from Romans 10:14-15 "But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent?"

It begs the question... If we dont go... who will?
