In Gems, which features myself and Shanice Sewell, we highlight the obvious lack of; stories, poems, parables, gems and other literary mediums that were used to teach morals and mannerisms to the younger generations in previous years. When we were children growing up our "Childhood Gems" as we knew them, aided our decision making process. Something we believe this generation is missing, as they display more and more behaviours which resemble recklessness (acting on impulse rather than reason).

This song is a modern gem; a ralling point for those who are willing and able to motivate the young and young in behaviour among us. It is also a part of a bigger project "INTROSPECTION", a collaborative EP by Ce'Ross music and Shanice Sewell music, aiming to raise awareness of the mental state we are in as a people and evoke introspection of self. There is no confirmed release date for the project as yet however, Introspection will be made available to the public FREE of cost as it is intended to "FREE the PEOPLE."

Firstly this is 100% old school freestyling.
A self challenge to get myself back in musical shape, comming back from a personal brake. I invited Dj Sticka(usa), Dj Spenshell(can), Dj Rich Roach(ja), Dj Styla(uk) & Form 5ive producer Ratis to play me some instrumental and " MOMENTUM" was the result.

Claude Ross Bailey is the birth name of the Spanish Town, St Catherine born talent Ce'Ross, one who began to show interest at a tender age. Singing on a sound system operated by his father, he wowed people each time with his impressive memory. Covering word for word the hits of many greats such as Burning Spear, Bushman, Shine Head among others.

At the age of 12 he ventured into other areas of Arts becoming a practitioner of Drama, Dance and the Visual Arts. Realizing his potential he moved from singing cover versions, to writing originals.
By age 15 under the alias Blacks, music became his choice tool of expression as he Explored; Dancehall/Reggae , Rap & Dub Poetry in their authentic forms in the streets of Spanish Town. 

Highly commended at Talawah Drama Festival 2014
He is the MVP of Nightly FIx's march madness freestyle competition 2015.
Holds bronze and silver medals Jcdc (Speech) 2015
He presently holds an Associate degree from the Excelsior School of Performing arts.
