Dj Certified (formerly known. as Certified Sickness) has been listening to jungle/drum and bass since the age of 13 and has seen the changes through out the history of the music scene. He tried his hand at mixing when he was in school, just going round friends houses until in 98 he at last managed to convince his parents to buy him a pair of Technic 1210's and was quickly playing in local club's around Essex. He started producing over 15 years ago and has release's on Subway Soundz, Smokin Riddims, CRE8Digital, Random Concept Digital, Ice Cream Records (remix of It's A London Thing), Dope Ammo and many small independent labels. Certified also own's record label Lay Low Recordings and is currently part of DNB crew NWS. With support from Artists such as Logan D, Jaydan, Jayline, Blackley, Nicky Blackmarket, Brockie, Alpha etc, played at events such as Innovation, Breaking Science, Sticky, City Flow, Mutant Madness etc and played/ playing on radio stations such as Kool FM, Rough Tempo, Origin, Sub Frequency's and Force FM he is certainly clocking up the miles and becoming a solid member of the DNB family.
