First artist to commit to Archipel using our own sounds is unnamed Detroit artist, who works under the name of Anonym. Renown for his dub works on his own label, Anonym pulls out here 3 tracks for us with a dub influence. Basic Channel, Chain Reaction and Hawtin's Concept are obviously behind the inspiration of the first release.

As Anonym selects dub prospect samples, he does not fear to engulf you in a long journey of geographical and surprisingly shifting territories. Deep, relaxing and bringing you down to yourself, prepare yourself to get inspired to use this music for headspace moments.

Tony Scott, who now DJs and produces as Edit Select, has been producing electronic music since the early nineties under various pseudonyms, but with Edit Select he has found his forte. His own label with only-put-out-when-necessary approach is respected by many people and some even applied the same ethics to their own labels. Edit Select Recordings released artists like Tadeo, S100, Cassegrain, Dino Sabatini, Terence Fixmer Giorgio Gigli, DaDub, Pfirter, Deepbass and Mark Broom to name a few. His no nonsense approach to production and editing has gained him a reputation of a perfectionist.

For Bassiani Podcast series, the prominent electronic music producer and DJ turns his approach in an hour-long DJ mix that allows him to share his favorite techno gems. Much like his club sets, Edit Select builds things quickly, delivering an adventurous and energetic mood from the very beginning.
