The story:

The Germans are almost onto Hummingbird, a 1940s violinist and double agent, undercover in France - when she suddenly loses connection to her London base. As a final plea for help, she decides to transmit what she's really known for - her music - hoping it'll get through to someone. Yet, her broken transmission is lost in the airwaves for 80 years... until now. Somehow connected to 2021, Eva Hummingbird's signal links us with her emotions and memories from WW2 - captured through her unique string sound-world: 'The Hummingbird sound'.
