the band 'Shut up & Dance with a track called 'The Green Man' 1992.

Philip Anthony Johnson (PJ) & Carlton Nevile Hyman (smiley) Smiley, PJ, DJ Daddy & DJ Hype had built a sound system called Heatwave. They broke into many buildings to start their own illegal raves back in 1986. Smiley & PJ were rappers on the sound system but were also trying to get a record deal. No one would sign them up, and so they started their own label, Shut Up And Dance Records. The name came from the title of one of the songs on their demo tape.

Their first release was a track titled "5,6,7,8", which was sold straight out of the boot of PJs Ford Escort, with follow-ups such as "£10.00 To Get In", "£20.00 To Get In", "Lamborghini", & "Derek Went Mad" (Dance Before The Police Come album), which were all massive underground anthems. The follow up album Death Is Not The End contained such monsters as "Raving Im Raving" & "The Green Man". Success brought expansion, and expansion brought artists such as Ragga Twins, The (Reggae Owes Me Money-Album), Nicolette (Now Is Early-Album), Peter Bouncer And Ade to name a few. All the above artist were produced by Shut Up & Dance and soon other artists were signed to the label who produced their own music: Codine, MC Duke, Cedrick Winkelburger etc. 

Smiley & PJ also started other labels, such as Red Light (2) (Drum & Bass), Ruff Quality Recordings (Experimental Breaks) & the more recent New Deal Recordings, which is a 2 Step/Garage breakbeat outlet responsible for such classics as True Vip & Holdtight .

Hello mes amis ! Pour ce premier Juillet 2018 un Rare Mix Specials dédié au Label UMM ! J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à mixer les vinyles car beaucoup d’entre eux contiennent des Basses trop élevés par rapport à d’autres disques donc obligé de régler les Graves de façon importantes de plus, il y a des petites incohérences concernant certains tracks sur les disques et j‘aurai aimé vous jouer le ‘’Transitive Elements - Volume 3‘’ mais je n‘ai pas eu le temps. En tout cas un Label très pointue malgré cela, j’aime ces tracks Deep House, House et parfois Garage !!! Je fait une petite pause pour le mois d’Août, on se retrouvera pour de nouveaux mix à partir de Septembre dédié à l’un de nos amis eheheh je n’en dit pas plus !!!!!!!!!!!! Bon mix avec le Big Label UMM !!!

There are infinite good reasons why every religion on the planet, and every true Shaman today says that the only way to the light, is by having the love, courage, and action to go into your deepest darkness within you and to face everything you're afraid of facing about yourself. Which is exactly what sacred divine plants like Ayahuasca allows us to do, this deep inner work within us as these plants take us millions of times deeper within where the blind ego-thinking mind is terrified of going. Deep inner work that cannot be done by the lies of logic and cannot be done by the everyday rational thinking mind, as all thought is in past or future, and time in and of itself is total illusion. Therefore, the thinking ego-mind is totally useless.

Only by facing all your darkness and ALL your shadows can light ever be revealed, and it is a perfect Universal law of Nature and Spirit of infinite intelligent design.

As your darkness is your greatest teacher in the Universe. And your darkness will be there lifetime through lifetime through lifetime through all your incarnations until you have the love, courage, and action to go deep into your darkness. Because your darkness is there to teach you. That's what it's there for.

So instead of projecting your own darkness unto others with the silly blame-game and labeling others in all your illusions and delusions by your silly beliefs and false projections (as all you are doing is admitting all your own pain inside you in your total blindness  that you are afraid to go deep into and face), go deep into your darkness. 2 + 2 = 5

   But of course no church ever teaches these things, even though it is blatantly stated in the scriptures, because churches are total liars as reaching for the light is what creates all the darkness within. As Truth IS Always Paradoxical.
