Grammy-nominated and internationally acclaimed producer Nic Fanciulli returns to Defected with ‘Vente’ in collaboration with Miami natives Calussa. The globally revered producer and Saved Records boss is no stranger to Defected success, with summertime anthem ‘I Want You’ with Butch and his edit of A’Studio’s ‘S.O.S’ garnering acclaim from house fans and choice selectors alike. Now he works with Calussa, comprised of siblings Andrew and Gino Gomez, who are known for their multi-disciplinary approach to music, writing, performing and producing their own tracks and taking inspiration from Latin and Afro tech. ‘Vente’ is a culmination of these artist’s signature sounds, with Calussa’s far-reaching influences combining with the sleek and arresting production of Fanciulli for a bona fide future club anthem.

Beltran and Harvy Valencia team up for their label debut on Hot Creations, unveiling a slick collaboration alongside solo cuts on their three-track ‘Origins’ EP.

Bursting onto the scene as standout talents, Brazilian Beltran and Colombian Harvy Valencia are quickly becoming globally recognised figures in their own right. With releases between them on esteemed labels such as Cuttin’ Headz, Solid Grooves, and Revival New York, racking up millions of streams and claiming a Beatport #1 in the process, the two now forge a new path as they unite for the first time on Hot Creations. Unleashing a trio of vibrant and impactful productions, headed up by their debut collaboration, the pair unveil a collection of cutting-edge sounds across their latest EP, 'Origins'.

Opening with playful bass grooves and crisp, organic drums, title cut ‘Origins (3AM Tusi Mix)’ welcomes a rolling masterclass from the duo. Delivering his first single on the label in five years, following a series of outings on the label's annual VA series, the Solid Grooves favourite makes his long-awaited return on 22nd March 2024, building on releases via Crosstown Rebels and his own CRZ and MÜSE imprints.

When it comes to the global house and techno landscape, very few individuals had a busier 2023 than Spanish DJ/producer and label boss Dennis Cruz. Following on from an action-packed twelve months, with highlights ranging from his Coachella debut through to regular appearances at the likes of Club Space (Miami), Hï (Ibiza) and fabric (London), coupled with a vital role at the helm of Solid Grooves' lauded DC10 Casino Motel residency alongside label co-founder PAWSA, the label favourite is back on Solid Grooves Records with his first standalone single on the label since 2019 - showcasing his trademark, groove-driven sound in full with his latest offering, 'Bonito'.

Drenched in Latin and Salsa flavours and sonics, with vibrant brass melodies ebbing and flowing amongst playful and hooky vocal interludes, all layered above signature crisp and rolling drums, 'Bonito' is a perfect example of Cruz's impeccable house sound and welcomes the arrival of a heavily-requested ID from his sets on a fitting return to his 'home away from home', Solid Grooves.
