This piece Intends to create in the listener a kind of space travel fantasy. In particular, it takes us to one of the most fascinating places in the galaxy: the Orion Nebula, also known as Messier 42, or simply M42. The colours, shapes, lights, and the incomprehensible size of this celestial sculpture, were the elements that inspired me to compose this work.

Esta obra busca reflejar y recrear en el escucha una fantasía de viaje por el espacio. En particular, nos lleva a uno de los lugares más fascinantes de la galaxia: la Nebulosa de Orión, también conocida por su número de catálogo Messier 42, o simplemente M42. Los colores, las formas, las luces y el incomprensible tamaño de esta escultura celestial, fueron los elementos que me inspiraron para componer esta obra.

This piece was written during the COVID-19 lockdown. As I had some extra time on my hands, I started to imagine a world, a people and a mythology. In this world, where deities are considered to be factual historical figures, people would use magic as a tool and as a weapon, but also an art form.
With this as a backdrop in my mind, I wrote this piece of music which is, in a much more general way, simply intended to evoke feelings of wonder at the mystical and the magical, as well as the awe inspired by ancient and unknown gods.
