Two years after the milestone SOMEWHERE compilations, Something Happening Somewhere is commemorating the times that have passed, returning with a new chapter in the series. Selecting unique pieces of artists known and less known, the SOMEWHERE series continue their sound based confessional. Telling unheard stories, exposing unseen surfaces and unheard sounds.

SOMEWHERE III is set to be released as two vinyl samplers, with a selection of the tracks featured in the full digital compilations, which will feature four extra digital only tracks. A host of familiar SoHaSo figures make an appearance, but there is also room for new faces like Aril Brikha, KAAP, Ripperton in his stunning collab with Love over Entropy, Equus, Tracey and Mulder. The whole effort is packaged in a beautiful artwork sleeve designed by ever talented designer Quentin Deronzier. There are things radiating in the violet fog, waiting to be discovered. Journeys that are worth making, but will not necessarily provide any more answers. Something is happening somewhere, once again.

Every artist on this SOMEWHERE III compilation is expressing their unique experience through sound waves, telling stories and uncovering a piece of themselves. Is there a line that divides your consciousness from the next? This compilation inhabits a space, best experienced as one entity with many faces. From Love over Entropy and Ripperton’s quantum temperature organic grooves to KAAP’s lush and retro Sunset Vertigo. From Sigward providing an emotional ambient journey to Kiani & His Legion’s Japanese sounding Motion Academy. From Aril Brikha’s disco infused Eat The Heart to Tracey’s hypnotizing dance floor affair. The tracks morph into the next without leaving any trace or clues, every moment presenting something new to discover. Nothings lasts but nothing is lost and there is something for everyone.

Opulence is back, debuting the burgeoning Puerto Rican talent of Cerrot. 

Title track 'Proclamació' twists and turns through a deep, minimal journey as trippy R & B vocals, rolling grooves and glitched samples are laid out in a subby bass - giving all the elements of undeniable heater. 

Romanian man of the hour Cristi Cons is first on the remixes, offering a skippy twist on the original full of springing synths and cerebral sounds to unlock minds and move bodies. Closing out proceedings, Maher Daniel brings a techier, driving, dancefloor bomb of a remix as the final weapon in OP007's arsenal.
