This session is more than a dance; it's a spiritual odyssey designed to align and activate your Root Chakra—your connection to the Earth, to prosperity, lineage, and community.

Embark on a rhythmic journey that honours our planet and pays homage to the wisdom of our ancestors. As we dance, we tap into our most primal essence, finding the harmony between the roots that tether us and the spirit that compels us to explore.

In this dance, as in life, you may at times feel ungrounded, separated from your stable core, but it is in this space that we discover how to truly ground ourselves again. This set is crafted to help us find peace amid life's tumult, anchoring us to our origins through a solid rhythmic foundation from which we can launch into the cosmos, only to lovingly bring us back to Earth when the time comes.

Ecstatic Dance for the Earth: Root Chakra Activation @ Energy In Motion

This set was an absolute delight to perform, the second edition of seven, focusing on the Sacral Chakra & the water element - intending to evoke sensuality, creativity, sexuality, self-expression, bliss and flow. 

This is a super special journey that begins and ends with a beautiful poem centered around the journey of a raindrop from the skies to the ocean, created by the equally beautiful Emina Ashman. 

Was a privilege to work with the team at Centre Of You in Prahran, my first time at the venue and it felt like an embrace from an old friend.

This journey was all about dropping into joy, love, courage, play, and the pure fun of the heart.. letting go of the past, landing fully in presence and dancing into authenticity

I had an absolute blast mixing in fiery Latin and reggaeton flavours, alongside tracks that make you wanna jump, sweat, laugh and shake your booty! Honestly, one of my most joyful, heart-opening and playful sets yet! It was WILD! So much so everyone was screaming on the dance floor!!!
