Challan Carmichael is one of the UKs newest artists getting ready to bring his unique style of positivity and uplifting vibes to the urban and commercial music scene.

This UK based singer-songwriter is fresh out of the studio and preparing to release his debut single ‘Step By Step’, which is setting the tone for what is building up to be an exciting new direction for urban music. With international remixes from London producer: Blaze Billons, Hungarian newcomers: Baltic Weather and Hamburg’s veteran producer: Lars Mellow, Challan states that it is now time to throw down the gauntlet and wear his heart out on his sleeve.

The Step By Step single is produced by Hamburg based producer, Klimper Boy of Amber Yard Studios, who has cleverly captured the rasp of Challan’s voice and blended it seamlessly with a chorus of children; creating an uplifting and inspirational track.

Step By Step has huge potential and as such, three international remixes have been produced. Hungarian production duo: Baltik Weather produced a prodigious melodic drum and bass break dance take on the track, displaying their creative craft and talent.

After working with, Bootsy Collins, Busta Rhymes and Gang Starr, Larsmellow of MLW Beats, the veteran producer from Hamburg, has returned to his R&B roots and has delivered a warm and exciting rhythmic production for Step By Step.

Blaze Billions of Rawsoul Productions – took the entire essence of the track and infused it with a foot-tapping beat, remixing it into a jam that is set for it to be a summer smash.
