A remix of our song River of Bhangra. A generation of young people from India who grew up in England were embarassed by their parents favorite film music from Bollywood but ultimately discovered they could remix it to find their own Indian identities. That's how the style of Bangra was created.

This is a remix of a song we did called Monsoon. Laurie had already recorded it with the usual bass, drums, guitar etc... But since the lyrics talk about "boxes of treasure from Siam" she wanted traditional Thai instruments overdubbed. I was in Korea at the time but I had on hand what was necessary to make that happen. She was very happy with the result. Later, after moving to Bali, I did an electronica style remix and this is the fabulous result. Fans LOVE this tune and we agree. And Laurie, we naturally love you too. Muah
