Noizy Neighbourz are a Manchester based British electronic dance act, comprising of producer and musician Darryl Connell and vocalist, songwriter and top liner Alison Bethune.

Darryl, better known as PROJEKT 4 is no stranger to the Music Industry. He’s a multi-instrumentalist, producer, remixer, mix and mastering engineer and top liner and his credits include work with the likes of Blue, The Wanted, Alexandra Burke, Wiley and Tinchy Stryder to name a few. Alison Bethune hails from a Gospel background, and her angelically textured yet powerhouse vocals first came to light when they caught the attention of fellow Manchester based House duo The Beat Corporation. Ali went on feature on The Beat Corporation’s remake of the 702 RnB classic “You Don’t Know”.

Champion Records are very pleased to have this fantastic single “My Love Is Right”, a re-work of the 80’s Champagne classic dropping in the summer of 2017. With early support from names spanning far and wide within the industry we think it’s fair to say Noizy Neighbourz are here to make some serious noize!! This track has summer written all over it with an infectious organ bassline, classic house piano and powerful soulful vocals, all polished to perfection leaving shivers down your spine. Be it at the club, in the car, on the beach or by the pool this record will put a smile on your face and leave you screaming for more.

Accompanying the original mix we have the talented White N3rd taking “My Love Is Right” and giving it a full makeover. Roll your sleeves up, put on your dancing shoes and get ready for a track, which doesn’t stop giving. This mix is all about the bassline, big brass breaks and getting those hands in the air.

The release package wouldn’t be right without adding something for the Drum & Bass crew. Rounding up we have a remix from Ram Records artist Frankee, who delivers a stellar remix offering yet another angle. With summer in mind this mix will certainly be heard at all the festivals.

In 1985 Champion hired its first employee, an 18 year old named Paul Oakenfold who had been working as messenger boy in New York. Champion Records aimed at releasing underground club tunes, Hip Hop, Rare Grooves, Jazz & Soul tracks as well as uplifting House tunes on 12” vinyl originally found and licensed from the USA. Tunes like Spank ‘Oh Baby’, Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince ‘Girls Ain’t Nothin’ But Trouble’, Salt ‘N Pepa ‘Push it’ & Rene & Angela ‘Secret Rendezvous’.

As musical taste evolved Champion aligned itself with the early house and garage movement. It produced iconic tracks including Raze’s ‘Break 4 Love’, Robin S ‘Show Me Love’, Sandy B ‘Make The World Go Round’, Kristine W ‘Feel What You Want’ & Sybil ‘Don’t Make me Over’. These then turned into some of the most famous & credible artists in the world along with DJ’s like Todd Terry, Kerri Chandler, Junior Vasquez and Stonebridge.
