Prince Alla - Bucket Bottom Dubplate for Champion Sound

Ey, Ey, Badey! Boom Sound! This tune first appeared on Blacker Dread in 1984 before being reversioned as a massive rave anthem by Slipmatt and Lime (SL2) in 1992 and further versions every few years (last versions we have are the Reality Shock 2012 release 'Reggae Recipe 12"' furthered by Adam Prescott on the Nice Up! release 'On A Dubstep Tip' ft Dynamite MC) prove this is one top ranking reggae vocal with longevity.

Legendary Upsetter business for Champion Sound Records, with the late great, Lee 'Scratch' Perry gracing us with a version of his earlier Black Ark, Junior Byles classic, 'Police And Thieves' (updated and lyrically versioned for this Dubplate special).

After a week of late night reasonings and ruminations about current life situations, politics, politricks, virtues of various plant medicines, family shituations, positive turnarounds of family situashuns, music, the similiarities of global oppressions here (UK) and there (JA), organic food, plant based diets, UFOs, spiritual aspects and human strengths amd virtues amongst many subjects of conversation between Jake from Champion Sound Records and George Scott aka Nazamba / Wild Life. 
George kindly offered to vocalize a dubplate special for us, seemingly fitting at the end of the lockdowns, and fresh from the studio with OBF Sound System, Nazamba voiced, this tune.

A few weeks later we received the very sad news in the early hours of the morning that George had passed away and gone to join the wise elders in His Fathers House. The reggae world lost a great talented wordsmith and poet, his son lost a kind empathic caring father and the world lost out on powerful spiritual anti authoritarian voice of reason, spirit, power, guidance and strength.
