I am a licensed massage therapist and wellness spa owner. I've been self employed since I graduated in 2009.  I've slowly but surely journeyed into a holistic lifestyle and feel I have a lot to offer those looking for small ways to make big changes! In no way do I think I've got it all figured out but fortunately that's what time is for.. as long as there's breath in my lungs I'll strive to better understand and care for this body that my Lord so graciously lets me borrow.  If you'd like something to listen to that will encourage you, be real with you, and probably make you laugh then join me and see where it takes us! I can promise you I will get off topic at times and it will sometimes be random and unorganized.. but isn't that what life is all about?! Finding peace in the chaos?!
