Steez Cypher (Hell On Earth)

I wrote this song one morning when I was in a really bad place. Financially, emotionally, hell,  even physically. I lost some friends, my brother was out doing some crazy shit.. and I could almost feel the series of events leading up to his arrest. He got arrested for battery with a deadly weapon like a month after. I felt like nobody could relate. Poor, angry, regretful. Fuck it, you might, though.
I recorded this at a studio I don't typically go to.. you might hear a few engineering issues. I happened to record it at my preferred studio, but the vibe of the song just didn't match up to this version, although the other version was ironed out. I really couldn't afford to put more money into this at the time, so I'm forced between the two. 
Here you go. 
The title is also a double entendre, just in case you don't notice at first.

It's about growing up and apart from my younger brother, us living different, yet similar lives, and having to talk to him through a jail phone at visitation.  We've both had our run-in's with the law.. right after this was recorded, I was locked up. To me, it shows the irony of life and how we all can learn from our mistakes. As humans, we need to picture ourselves in other's positions.. understanding and comprehending are holistic in this experience. Appreciate what you have and don't tear down which you don't understand.
