This a mix of Family 2A and all of the Family 3 Tracks (i.e. the chill ones)
The Family theme is attributed to Vale of Eternal Blossoms, but these tracks in particular are heard in Pandaren Inns if you wait long enough to get through those boisterous Kazoo tracks.

These tracks appeared in the WoD beta client for a little bit, speculated to be a part of the cut zone Farahlon. 
But when it was scrapped, these tracks were quietly taken out. If they weren't put on the client for a little bit to be scraped by wow.tools they would've never seen the light of day entirely.

Makes you wonder how many cut songs are out there under lock and key.

Actually called 'classicbattle' in the game files, these songs were mixed together with some warfront themes... despite being notable much chiller, there's a few instances of that in BfA.

These tracks notably play in Boralus and I'm pretty sure also Arathi Highlands during times of ceasefire.
Despite litterally having battle in the name these are actually the Boralus tracks that are the least trying to blow your eardrums out.
