We are ending Season 2 of the Change Cadet Podcast with a bang! That bang is Dr. Tiffany Lester, a practicing physician as well as an inspirational health and wellness leader.

As a physician at Parsley Health, Dr. Lester takes a functional approach to chronic disease to get to the root cause of illness. Trained in internal medicine with additional education in functional medicine and acupuncture, for the last 10 years she has combined the best of conventional and alternative medicine to treat the whole person in clinical practice. And yes she is still accepting new patients!

It is hard to give when our proverbial cup is half full or even empty, though some times we don’t have a choice.
