Fresh new release from the Legendary Empress of Reggae : Sister Rasheda
This record is available as Pre-Order on vinyl 7 inch format and on digital format. It's official release is September 11th 2022 for the Ethiopian New year. It comes with a beautiful sleeve which has been painted by Huami. Sister Rasheda voiced this tune a year ago at Nick Manasseh Studio in London. She decided to write a song dedicated to the Coronation of His Impreial Majesty Haile Selassie I and Empress Menen.

The riddim has been built by King Alpha (Ras Joseph) who also did the mix.

This same riddim has also be voiced by Vernon Maytone and Prince Alla few years ago and has been released on vinyl 12" and digital format in 2019.

The next chapter from Shere Khan Records features a classic dub, originally built and designed by Itak Tojo, and played heavily by Iration Steppas, Aba Shanti and King Earthquake. 'Rasta Want More Izes' features Bonjo Noah on vocal with Shaggy Tojo on production. Side B features a mystical dubwise, constructed by Zero Ziba and Yant Izes. Heavyweight dubs on both sides.

Channel One Sound System are one of the world's best known dub reggae sound systems.  Running for over 40 years, Channel One built up their reputation as one of the main sound systems at Notting Hill Carnival, now they play out every weekend all over the UK and Europe.

Channel One is made up of selector Mikey Dread playing roots reggae and consious steppas, the sound is completed by MC Ras Kayleb.

2010 Channel One Sound System won the Red Bull Culture Clash against Skream + Benga, Goldie's Metalheadz and Souljazz records.

2011 Channel One are about to go on a national tour, funded by the Arts Council, Dub to Jungle..  playing with Congo Natty and Tenor Fly.  Showing the lineage from reggae to jungle.
