first album as a songwriter's one that features contributions from Sam Roberts, Brazilian Girls and Bjorn Yttling of Peter Bjorn and John.  

For I'm No Human, Misstress Barbara has drawn on her background in electronic music production, while infusing it with a new sensibility. Starting the songwriting process 
on piano and guitar inspired her to experiment with chord changes and overlay her minimalist beats with lush melodies. The album also finds her singing for the first time, 
and with her intoxicating space age femme fatale sound, it's a happy development that was born out of unhappy circumstances.

Quiero Cantar, it is a surreal song, where the sounds follow one another and chase each other to create a mantra. The repetitiveness of the drums and the incessant sequence of the guitar make the song colorful, iridescent.
The song is composed of emotions, where impulsive and full of love voices remind of distant places, dormant flavors. The sub-forest is composed of a slight graft of ethnic instruments and disruptive basses that determine the course until reaching the song of a mermaid who charms and kidnaps the heart with her voice. Its magic makes the mind explode in a myriad cascade of colors to sublimate the listener.
This song is something fresh that tells positive messages. 
The return of love to the desire to dance on the beach and under the stars, abandoning themselves to the universe.
