Dennis Louvra is a Dutch DJ and producer recognized for creating emotional musical experiences that fuse Melodic House with Afro and Organic House. His signature sound—marked by evocative synths, driving grooves, and a compelling emotional thread—draws listeners into euphoric dancefloor states. Encouraged early on by his uncle and parents, Dennis began experimenting with music while maintaining a conventional 9-to-5 job. After suffering burnout, he made a bold decision: quitting his job, selling his possessions, and spending a year living in a van to focus entirely on music. This leap of faith culminated in his breakthrough track “Fly With Me” on VOD, launching his international career.

The year 2024 marked a turning point for Dennis, with performances in cities like Milan and Casablanca, and appearances at renowned venues such as VOID Mykonos with Arodes. Releases on labels like VOD, Magnifik, Madorasindahouse, and Unreleased attracted the support of top-tier artists including &ME, Rampa, Adam Port, Black Coffee, Shimza, WhoMadeWho, and Andrea Oliva. On stage, Dennis brings raw energy and emotional depth, offering audiences a space to disconnect from reality and connect with joy. Looking ahead, 2025 promises new collaborations with Mosoo, Imad, and Lilya Mandre, as well as major shows at Scorpios Mykonos and his debut in Ibiza. With his global journey gaining momentum, Dennis now sets his sights on dancefloors across Asia and the Americas.

While staying on the laid-back, backpacker island of Utila in Honduras, I was not only fortunate enough to DJ abroad for the first time — I also had the chance to earn my Advanced Diver certification. For the first time, I descended 30 meters into the ocean’s stillness and came face to face with the haunting beauty of the Haliburton shipwreck. The moment was surreal: drifting downward into darkness, seeing nothing — until the massive silhouette of the wreck emerged from the deep like a ghost from another world.

Equally breathtaking was my first night dive, illuminated by glowing bioluminescent plankton and the rare phenomenon known as the String of Pearls — where tiny creatures emit light in rhythmic pulses, creating the illusion of glowing pearls drifting through the dark ocean. On another trip, I was even lucky enough to snorkel with a large pod of dolphins. Unforgettable and mesmerizing.

All of these moments inspired and shaped my latest mixtape. Layered with ancestral vocals, tribal percussion, and deep Afro House textures, this journey echoes the pulse of the ocean — powerful, sacred, and alive.

So dive with me into the depths of rhythm and soul with Into the Deep – a hypnotic and emotional Afro Deep House experience.

Close your eyes.
Breathe deep.
