THE SACRED SYMBOLS OF THE STARS

The Star of Mind Meditation is one where you will eliminate wasteful thought matter from your consciousness field of I AM, in the hopes of creating a more peaceful and relaxed awareness state of now.

This means that, you will be taken into your consciousness field of I AM, and shown what it is that you must let go of, in order for you to be able to think now-fully again, instead of you being bothered by your past. 

When the mind has to deal with mass of a wasteful kind bothering it each day, it can make it powerless and unable to steady itself, due to its concentration being interfered with by old memories and subconscious knowingness, that make it succumb to worry.

That is why, it is best to process this old thought mass out of your mind, so that all of your thoughts each day are not tainted by something disempowering.

You will be led into your minds center point, so as to show you what is held in the innermost layer of the consciousness field that surrounds the physical mind. That way, you can assess any old energy that exists in this space, so that it comes to be removed by your conscious mind.

When the mind engages in thoughts of a meditative kind, then it is possible for it to clear away old perceptions, old beliefs, old ways of thinking that are harmful to the psyche, and even things like old fears and phobias, because the mind is being shown what to do to help that person to heal.

The mind needs calm thoughts, and as little distraction as possible, so that it can assess what to do to help that individual to change what they believe to be true. This is why, this meditation is one that soothes the mind into calm first, and then an excavation begins, where old thoughts and things like imagery from past times of shock for example, become identified as what they are, so that the mind no longer holds onto that rubbish energy.

It is possible that you will feel relief, both during and after this meditation, because your mind is letting go of what it once held onto in a moment of stress. It is also possible that you will see and know things from your past, in a way that is non-triggering. 

So, don’t be surprised if a clue or a missing piece of the puzzle comes to you, from you engaging with higher thought.

You don’t need any prior meditation experience to do this one, as everything that you need to relax is provided in the words spoken to you.

All you need is some quiet time for the duration of the meditation, and maybe a pad of paper and a pen, if you want to write anything down at the end.

The Star of Mind Meditation

This Channelling the Higher Realm session is one where a person can learn about how devastating it is to the mind, when an individual will not forgive themselves for some kind of grievance that they have been through.

It talks about how the mind can suffer daily with insecurities, such as how to think properly, due to that individual constantly second-guessing themselves in a way where unsureness rules over their minds behavior, to a point of that person no longer concentrating on the here and now.

This means that, the minds attention becomes compromised in a way where it can no longer stand being presently aware, due to it being held in a state of confusion or perplexed thinking. Or, it could even become stuck going over a moment of shock or betrayal or bereavement.

This makes the mind subconsciously aware of a tragedy, or other 24/7, leading to issues with its overall functionality, due to it either suppressing emotional wounds all of the time, or something of the sort.

The mind needs all of its concentration energy being used for focusing on the now. However, when a grief is gone through, it can bewilder the mind into a submissive state.

And, if the trauma is disempowering enough, then it can lead to that person then having difficulties with not-only their minds awarenesses, but also every aspect of their mind concentrating on something bad that happened, instead of that persons day to day life.

This leads to problems with perception, as well as making correct assumptions in the moment about what is going on. As well as that individual having issues with old awarenesses bleeding into their now – all because grief is at the helm of the mind.

This Channelling the Higher Realm piece is meant to help people who are struggling with some part of them being bogged-down in a low vibration energy of a toxic kind, so that they learn of some important information that can hopefully set them free from thinking the same thoughts all of the time.

It is meant to inspire and uplift, as well as educate, so that a freedom of mind returns to anyone who has experienced a loss, or a grievance, or some kind of shock that led to them being a powerless person.

It is hoped that, with this channelled session, someone somewhere receives the healing that is needed in order for a fresh-start to be made, or a picking-up of the broken pieces left behind by devastation.

Grief And How It Impacts The Mind

This meditation aims to help people to let go of the illusions of self that were accumulated at a time of something bad happening. 

The mind can grab hold of an event, in the form of toxic mind matter, and when it does so, a person can see themselves differently from that point onwards, due to this mass of thought consciousness remaining within the head.

This can say things like “I loathe myself” or “I hate what is going on.” And if this message continues to speak to the awarenesses of mind, for a prolonged period of time, then it can make that person compromised on a level of how they view themselves and the life that they are living.

A person can grab onto grief and uncertainty. As well as them holding-fast to an idea that their life is over with. And when this comes to be, it makes all of the nervous system unable to express light properly anymore, due to a low vibration thought mass telling it something corruptive.

When the nervous system is told to ‘stand-down,’ or to become lifeless due to a tragedy taking place, then this old messaging system can remain fixed into position within the center of the mind, simply because that person was shocked into a submissive state, where they no longer knew what to do.

Meaning that, the individual who was stunned by something that was going on, can then have trouble asserting their will to be powerful again after the event was over with, all because what they thought of at a moment of duress is still speaking to them subconsciously.

This is why this meditation is good for anyone who has been through shocks that made them powerless inside. As well as it also being a great idea to do, if you have ever been in something like an armed robbery, or a carjacking, or some kind of threat to your wellbeing where there was a possibility that you may not survive. This is because this meditation helps you to clear out old memory mass that has been left behind by traumatic events.

It shows you how to dig into your ‘unknowing’ or your unconscious mind, so that you can remove the debris that was left behind by a powerless moment in your past. That way, you can clear up any misunderstandings that you had, and forgive yourself for all that went on.

It is important to know that this meditation is one where you will see and know some elements of your past, just so that you identify what it is that you are letting go of. Meaning that, you might see a symbolic reference that makes you aware of a time gone by, so that you know that this past energy of a toxic kind is leaving your physical body.

You can delve into it as deeply as you want to, if you see something that you are puzzled by, or do not know. Or, you can simply remove what you became aware of, by using your mind to do so. 

It is a simple process to follow, and one that will only take a short amount of time to do. So, why not treat yourself to some time out, and follow the steps provided, so that your heart can heal from stress.

The Trauma Release Meditation

When the mind is full of old imagery from a time of something bad happening, it can make living a normal life extremely difficult, because a person can see themselves in a wrongful way.
They might have an image of themselves in a compromising situation stuck inside of their mind’s awareness field, causing shock symptoms to become a problem for them, due to the mind believing that this experience is not over with.
This can result in all kinds of malfunctions going on inside of the body on a level of chi, as well as the health becoming compromised in a significant way, all because the mind is seeing something that is scaring it into submission.
The mind needs to be cleared of old imagery if it wants to be powerful or able to resist falling victim to circumstance. Otherwise, it can succumb to thinking low vibration thoughts non-stop every day, due to its mass of chi being non-existent.
The minds field of chi is something that needs to be full of empowering messages of self, in order for it to will the body to be strong. So, when it has old messages of a corruptive kind within its consciousness that say that a horrific ordeal is going on, it can destabilise that person’s ability to be ‘now’ in their processing of reality, and instead, they will see the world abnormally and in a warped way, which then makes them fearful and timid all of the time.
The minds field of energy needs to be purged of all of its old content that speaks of harmful times and/or traumatic scenarios playing out, so that a person sees their life as it is, rather than a skewed perspective bothering them 24/7. That way, all that happens in their reality realm is truthfully interpreted by their minds awarenesses, instead of them thinking that bad things are taking place when they are not.
In order to clear away past residue, the mind needs to be meditated into calm, so that a neutral stance comes about when it comes to the mind’s perspective. Then, while the mind is resting, it can learn from the subconscious, all of what is bothering it on a level of old energy of shock for example, and while it is still and meditating its thoughts, it decides to let go of all of what it needs to, to be powerful again.
This meditation will help people to grow beyond a trauma, or a stuck feeling that came about from them going through a troubling experience. It will assist people to learn of what they need to, so that a past detail of an event stops talking to them, allowing them to surrender fears and phobias and paranoia. 
As well as it also convincing a person that letting go of what happened to them is the best option going forwards, so that they do not succumb to any thought mass that is dictating to them about their safety or some kind of threat being around them.
This meditation helps you to clear-out old residue that speaks of past times of harm, that corrupts the minds day-to-day processing of reality. It is something that is recommended if you are struggling with old fears rearing-up, or just an overall worry bothering you of how your life will turn out, or something of the sort.
You can do this meditation as often as you like, because all that it does it healing and growth-ful and evolutionary, as it helps you to purge past content from your mind over and over again until none comes to be in you anymore.
It wipes the subconscious clean, so that all that it is speaking of is the now-time of your life, and not the past that you experienced that bothered you, so that you return to being a more peaceful individual.

Clearing Old Perceptions Meditation

This channelled information will help people to learn of the problem that some individuals face, where they associate another person’s pain with their own. Instead of them seeing ‘this is theirs and I feel sorry for them,’ they go about a process of taking-on another person’s trauma, energetically bonding them to that other individual in a toxic way. 

This usually comes about if that person has had a problem with violence being a part of their past. Or, if they have been subjected to threats often, and blamed for things that were not their fault. Or, it could even come about because of that person having gone through a trauma, that reminds them of whatever was going on in front of them at the time, resulting in them feeling so bad for this other individual, that all of their own trauma of a past time of life resurfaces, crippling them in the process.

This can make unhealthy cording’s take place between them and this other person, that speak of confusing matter such as ‘in the past I went through XYZ, while you are now going through the exact same thing only differently, so I cannot let go of what you have said to me, or shown to me through your expressions of self’ which then causes them to bind themselves in an energetic way until they feel differently.

This all happens through a process of toxic empathy, and it can leave both parties devastated and unable to move-on from what they have been through, because the ties that bind them talk about mixed signature of past and now, mine and yours, grief and sadness, confusion and loss, as well as things like ‘I’m so sorry that this happened to you’ while their own body is expressing something that could say ‘this actually happened to me!’ - when this is not the case in this incidence.

These unhealthy bonds then grip both people, in a way where whenever they are around one another, they will both be uncomfortable and pained significantly. As well as them being unsure of themselves, and if they like this other individual or not, because the cording’s will be telling both parties’ stories of something extremely negative. 

When a person becomes bound through a toxic empathy cord, it can debilitate all of the life of that individual on a level of chi, because no part of them can stand what they know inside of themselves, when it comes to the signatures being given-off by each of the cording’s.

They will express things that trigger that person to become unstable in their mind, as well as in their core or their centre of being, and this makes worry bother them for the entire experience with that other individual.

These types of issues come from a person going through tragic events, or traumas that pained them so badly that they never got over what happened to them. This then makes that person susceptible to influences affecting them biologically, and internally on a level of their nervous systems response, because that past experience of trauma has never been let go of in an energetic capacity.

This means that, dormant signatures of shock exist in that persons being, that talk about horrific life events, so when someone else goes through something similar, it can wake-up an old trauma and make it ring-out of their body.

Sometimes a multitude of past painful events can begin communicating again, which debilitates that person in so many ways, that when the cording takes place, they stand no chance of ever letting it go. This is because a powerlessness comes into their mind that says ‘I can never get over what has happened.’

This will be talked about in more detail within the contents of this recording. As well as a type of solution being offered to those who have suffered with such things, in the form of me talking about a symbol known as Abundance.

Toxic Empathy

In this series of talk sessions, I will be going over the Sacred Symbols of the Stars geometries and what they mean to you on a level of thought so that you can heal yourself of trauma.

Each symbol is unique, in the ways in which they communicate with your mind’s subconscious. This is why 12 of geometries were made in each set, so as to correct all thought patterns between the mind and the physical body.

Each Sacred Symbols of the Stars geometry an assist a person to grow from old thought mass talking to them each day, simply by a form of shapes being known by the mind visually, so that it relearns how to function in the now.

This means that, the structure of the Star Child Symbol teaches the mind to be powerful at releasing old content from the body, so that pure and natural flow returns to that persons being.

The Star Child Symbol speaks of evolutionary growth from a time of pain and suffering, by that person relearning how to be joyful again, by them engaging with thoughts of a healthy spirit.

The mind needs to think down into the womb, all that it knows from the Higher Realm, in order for the spirit mass of a consciousness kind to be happy to share itself with the world around the body. 

Otherwise, that individual can find that they stay stuck in a traumatised state endlessly, or for a long period without reprieve, all because their mind is not sending signatures of empowerment down into the area of energetic womb from the Higher Realm communicating with it.

The womb needs to hear that the coast is clear and that good times are coming next, in order for the spirit to conjure-up the courage to kick-out old and toxic mass of a traumatising kind. Otherwise, it can become convinced that it is best for it to not do anything empowering, in case another hard time falls on that individual.

Star Child recalibrates the minds attention towards successful outcomes being known to that individual (due to the Higher intel predicting the future) and that being sent down into that person’s mind, from the point of the universal consciousness sphere above the body.

This is depicted in the image, and it will be talked about at-length, so that you know why this image was designed this way, and how it can help you to recover from trauma.
The mind of the physical form needs to speak upwards into the Higher Realm, in order for it to know evolutionary content. That way, it can transmit down through centre, all that it needs to for the heart of that individual to grow.

When the heart evolves itself, it makes it powerful in its knowing of just how strong that individual is, according to the Higher Self energy form. And this results in the heart manifesting change in that person’s life.

The heart then sends down into the womb, all of what it knows to be true, resulting in the womb then dumping old and wasteful content that speaks of the past of that person. 
This allows the womb to transform all of what it once expressed emotionally out of itself, so that it no longer bothers the mind or any other component of being, which then makes that person joyful. 

However, all of this process can be haltered, if a person goes through a powerful shock and comes to be grief-stricken in their mind. This is due to a kind of stand-still taking place within the centre of that persons being that says “I can no longer cope with my reality.”
And should this stun never get cleared away from the totality of being, then that person can remain in a state of traumatic response from then on.

This is why I channelled this symbol to begin with – to help people to love themselves back to health, with the assistance of evolutionary energies of thought flowing through their body.

The Star Child Symbol has a lot to say about rightful thought and evolutionary energy coming into the mind, so that the body purges toxic memory mass and biological response energy, and things like shock that blocks the bodies’ ability to surrender its past.
