Here, we are the Black Tie Cartel, with explicit codes: to create true techno. There is an invisible bond uniting 24 creative and visionary minds from 12 different countries, all in sync with the pulse that defines techno in its pure and essential state. In this first edition: Italy, Germany, Colombia, Brazil, Spain, Argentina, the Netherlands, Chile, Sweden, Singapore, Australia, and Denmark, united by a language that transcends borders.

The Syndicate is not merely a medium; it is the pulse that breathes life into each beat. It is a various artists series that operates as a web of consciousness, deeply committed to an exploration of techno that embraces both its tribal roots and its futuristic possibilities. Each of the 24 tracks carries a fragment of the creator's story and thoughts, and together they trace a path that traverses rhythms, textures, and frequencies.

PREMIERE: OCD - Interhemispheric Bridge [NM015]

We are proud to present Biochemical Metamorphosis by artist OCD as the final release on Noise Manifesto for the foreseeable future. 


OCD is Chiara Ricciardi, who we got to know at the queer parties of Gegen. Always impressing us with her delivery of the darker sounds of techno we love so much, it was obvious we needed to invite Chiara to Noise Manifesto. This EP was made during Chiara’s journey, starting from her cancer diagnosis and completed just after her final chemo treatment. This EP is a testament to the courage it takes to face life's challenges and emerge stronger on the other side.


Here is OCD in her own words:

This EP is a raw exploration of my journey through chemotherapy. Each track serves as a sonic snapshot of the emotions I felt during this challenging period. From the initial anticipation of the unknown, leading to feelings of despair and finally to the emergence of newfound strength to overcome cancer, this collection of tracks offers a deeply personal and honest account of my experiences. 

The progression through the EP, together with the artwork created in collaboration with artist Feo Melanin, reflects the increasing severity of the treatment and the psychological toll it took. The palette of reds is a direct reference to the chemotherapy medications I endured, while the abstract shapes represent this transformative process. This is more than just a collection of tracks; it is a personal narrative and a cathartic release.

"Barad Dur" is a relentless techno journey with a deep, analog character. Thumping kicks, warm synth sequences, and modulated textures merge into a hypnotic groove. Premiere: Under Black Helmet - Backroom [PE004]

I took a sample from a 2002 sample cd and stretched it out. It was a somewhat random action as I usually don't expect too much from extreme audio stretching, except for those typical ambient pads. But this time I was very surprised at how much depth and emotion the result had, it basically prompted me to create a whole track around that specific ethereal pad.
