L’UNESCO a demandé à Chapelier Fou de créer une oeuvre participative originale sur le thème "New World, New Radio" pour la 10eme édition du World Radio Day. Voici le titre, créé à  partir de différentes sources sonores issues de radios des quatre coins du monde.

CHAPELIER FOU, aka Louis Warynski, unveil a mix of electronic and traditional instrumentation, creating one of the most curious hybrid of these recent years, with a surprising complexity and a rare songwriting work.

After 4 EPs and 2 albums, "Deltas" hits the stores in  september 2014.
His live solo performances led him to tour worldwide (Europe, Australia, Canada, China, South America...).
