This honestly makes more sense with Asriel <-> Kris than Noelle <-> Susie given how they’d most likely be the same age.

This would play in the hallway outside Ms Undyne's classroom, after Undyne interrogated Asriel over where the chalk went in front of everyone. Dess intervened, and they were both sent to get the chalk.
