Steady Owl's debut, "They are All Bastards Except us" invokes tongue in cheek wit and charm influenced by bands like The Smiths and REM, with melodic songs that fall between 90's indie and country rock. Roy Shrum guitars, Jon Weist on drums & Jeremy Cullum on keys. Co-Producer Aaron Hunt. Mastered by renowned Brian Lucey (Black Keys, Artic Monkeys). The songs arc and evolve from melodic tracks "Moondog" & "Why California" to the anthem "Best Days" to the trancelike atmosphe of “Stop”.

Writing ‘Drive All Night’ with Leo was one of those moments in our careers we’ll never forget.

Synchronistically, he first reached out to collab while we were on a big road trip traveling across the country together. We had no idea then that the song would end up being called “Drive All Night” but it definitely only added to this sense of magic in the air throughout the whole process. This one is special and we hope when you listen that you feel it too.
