This setting, both ancient and mystical, serves as the backdrop for a melodic techno mix that captures the essence of Northern Africa.

The music is an intricate weave of Northern African influences and psy trance elements, creating a soundscape that is both haunting and exhilarating. Rhythmic drum patterns echo the heartbeat of the earth, while ethereal melodies rise and fall like the mountains themselves. The techno beats drive the narrative forward, reminiscent of the bustling energy of the Atlantean markets and the serene rituals of its temples. Psy trance tones add a layer of mystique, reflecting the spiritual depth and esoteric knowledge of the Atlantean people. This mix is a journey through time and sound, bringing to life the vibrant culture and awe-inspiring  under the watchful gaze of the Atlas Mountains.

Yohai Mor @yohai makes his debut on Univack with "Chasing Dreams / Paradox Shift", a four-track release that explores the most elegant and cosmic landscapes of contemporary Progressive House. One of Atlantic Canada’s most respected and followed DJ/Producers delivers his unique musical journey.  Call it techno, progressive, melodic, minimal and driving, the pieces of music and the sound complies a story like no other.   
2018, was a fantastic year, with releases on the internationally acclaimed progressive techno label, Techgnosis Records, continuous momentum with his mixed Notations series and bookings both locally and beyond.  People are beginning to take notice and understand his musical aspirations. “Music is more than just listening pleasure; it’s an experience, a journey one must venture from all walks of life, pulling deep from within the truth of life, past, present, and future!  Music can make one understand who they are and what they wish to achieve.” Through this format, Charife delivers a story to lets people experience openness and freedom to let loose to explore his vision through sound…  Creation a are custom to the event, producing a vision, a story if you will, drawing emotion deep into the music. 
His DJ story is quite unique!!! It goes back to the spring of 1991 when we suffered from a serious car accident near Antigonish, NS. While in hospital, he had a dream playing his electronic dance music on stage as he watched people dancing with his taillights flashing to the beat of the music… The inspiration of seeing everyone enjoying the music, he started pulling together DJ gear and connected with the Secret Music Club in the UK that offered test pressings of the sound that propelled him into the DJ spotlight. His first rave was Jan 1, 1992, where his good friend Joe MacEachern (founder of the Evolve Festival - evolvefestival.com) attended. He had stated in 2011 “if it wasn’t for your musical influence over the years, evolve might not have happened…”
