Dropfreak - Show My Feelings

"If it's your calling, it'll keep calling you" - Those words put precisely what recording this mix meant to me. When the corona winter started in Berlin, I decided to take a creative break from music and immerse myself into other aspects of my life, not knowing when I would create a mix again, much less when I would play in front of a crowd. During this time, some mixes of the Flow Sessions series really kept me company and inspired me to come out of my creative break and make one myself. I wanted it to show the diversity of my musical range, from my slower and more organic side to my faster and more melodic/progressive side, integrating them all as part of the same whole. In the end, I was very happy that I've managed to do that and create something wildly colorful with many of the elements I look for in my research, such as: a certain mysticism, a variety of organic elements, wild percussions, charming/dreamy/heavenly melodies, diverse beat patterns from groovy and sensual to prominent in-your-face kind of bass, magnificent depth and heart-melting melancholy, warm musical soul hugs, meaningful lyrics with which I sincerely resonate with and, of course, so many feelings of the human emotional spectrum, from darkness to light. -@ezio-aguiar
