Taliesin Myrddin Namkai Meche was murdered on the MAX train in Portland in 2017 defending two women of color against a hate filled man wielding a knife. His last words were, “tell everyone on this train that I love them”. I wrote this song shortly after his heartbreaking death. RIP peaceful warrior. Your words will always echo in my mind. ❤️

“Charlee Prayers”, is an American singer, songwriter, musician and record producer. He was born to and raised by a Mexican mother and a Puerto Rican father in Santa Ana California until he was 16 at which point he flew the nest to work for his own understanding of what life was really about. 
Charlee was originally influenced by his family’s heritages, combined with a golden age hip hop influence from his high school friends.
