Hit shappens [naviarhaiku365]

naar het zachte vuurland
van de lente, mijn dal,
dat ons mild verwarmt
en voor onze wensen knoppen
opent; door de zomer
verder, vol zomersproeten de
weide, en daar kleven we,
hart aan hart als hars; in de half-
schaduw van de herfst-
middag, door je haren,
die onze woorden kleurt;
tot in een lapland van lip-
pen, daar waar zachtjes,
als vlokken, de sneeuw ons
drijft…

Van de criticus, dichter, essayist en prozaschrijver Reinhard Priessnitz (Wenen, 1945-1985) verscheen tijdens zijn te korte leven één enkel boek: 'vierundvierzig gedichte' (1978). Het is een van de invloedrijkste Duitstalige bundels van de vorige eeuw geworden. Wat Priessnitz beoogde, werd omschreven als ‘experiment met de traditie’ en ‘herpoëtisering van de avant-garde’. 

Hoe experimenteel zijn gedichten ook mogen zijn — elk gedicht van de 44 volgt een andere methode — Priessnitz zei niet ten onrechte: ‘ich schreibe nur liebesgedichte’. Dat geldt ook voor ‘reis’, een van de toegankelijkste teksten uit de bundel en tegelijk een wens voor het hele nieuwe jaar.
