The album explores the liminal states between wistful & cheerful, defeated & optimistic, focused & wandering, & isolated & connected. Sonically, the album’s genres span an eclectic yet continuous thread along organic downtempo, future garage, deep dubstep, lo-fi & jazzhop, nature-inspired ambient, IDM & world music.

Four brand new signees, spanning hidden and established talents in their respective scenes, re-imagine DET’s 2019 garage EP ‘Ocha’ on VALE.
