Bio:
Ever since he heard Method Man say “Stop look and listen I spit on your grave then I Grab my Charles Dickens” in the song “THE WHAT” from the legendary album
 “READY TO DIE” of Biggie Smalls, he was immediately inspired that if he ever becomes a Rap Artist he will go by the name Charles Dickenson where in Bruce Dickinsonalso being one of his favourite singers.
Getting his rhythm easily as he is a drummer, he started to pen down lyrics of his own which was recorded at home using his desktop computer and a headset microphone.  In early 2006 Charles compiled an 8 track mix tape called “DICKTATOR” and put it out online which caught the attention of various hip hop lovers from many networking  sites in the country. Known for his tricky lyrics and humorous flow his vibrancy caught the attention of THE VIBE MAGAZINE which described him as “flamboyantly enigmatic rapper Charles Dickenson” in its October 2007 issue. 
Charles is one of the founding members and younger brother of band mate mAIn-E-yAk of the highly acclaimed hip hop band LOW RHYDERZ who has completed their debut album “OUTTA NOWHERE” scheduled to release soon. Apart from being a rapper, he also is a Song writer/ Actor / Drummer / Trumpet Player / Singer / DJ and a Music Producer. He composes Beats/Instrumentals/Background Scores under the name CHARLIE BOY BEATS.
As a DJ has shared the same stage with DJ JAM (Dr Dre & Snoop Dogg’s Official DJ), DJ POWER (Junior Reid’s DJ), DJ Parm Panesar (Apache Indian’s DJ)
Charles has been on an India Tour with LUCKY ALI, performed alongside APACHE INDIAN and GRAEME of UB40.
Charles earned his debut acting role in a British documentary movie called “DARK FIBER” directed by Jamie King and Peter Mann which was aired at the CANNES FILM FESTIVAL 2010. Has also lent back vocals to the legendary singer LUCKY ALI and continues to sing and play the drums for his Church Choir till date. Charles Dickenson is currently associated with LOW RHYDERZ, SPINIICH, Basement Tapes Studios and Co Owns LOW RHYDERZ RECORDS along with his band mates.
